Legend of the Seeker review

Legend of the Seeker Season 2 DVD follows the epic journeys of a young woods guide named Richard Cypher (Craig Horner), a mysterious woman named Kahlan Amnell (Bridget Regan), a wizard named Zeddicus Zu'l Zorander (Bruce Spence), and a female warrior named Cara (Tabrett Bethell) as they defend against tyranny and destruction. Millions of readers the world over have been held spellbound by this valiant tale vividly told. Now, enter Terry Goodkind's world, the world of The Sword of Truth. In the aftermath of the brutal murder of his father, a mysterious woman, Kahlan Amnell, appears in Richard Cypher's forest sanctuary seeking help...and more. They have put a lot of effort into stylizing the fights, and as someone who generally finds hand-to-hand a bit dull because it's all cut-cut-cut to hide inconsistencies and build pace, Legend of the Seeker has some wonderful stunt work and detailed action. It talks about love, the difficult choices everyone has to make, seeing the best in people, that you have to keep fighting for what you believe in, and the inevitability of death and loss - of course intermixed with epic sword fights and horse rides.

This series is terrific. Legend of the Seeker Season 1 DVD The camera work and ambiance is smooth and satisfying for the fantasy genre of swordplay, magic and high adventure on an epic scale. The special effects are terrific, and I like how the episodes are going. I love the wizard, the Seeker is awesome. It is like an addiction, you want to watch it again and again. If you missed it, you should have a try!!
